My New Favorite Salad

The Salad:
Romaine lettuce + avocados, sliced + shaved Parmesan cheese

The Dressing: Lemon vinaigrette
Juice of 4 -5 lemons
1/3 cup honey
1/4 cup EVOO
Zest of 1 of the lemons

Blend. Eat. LOVE.

I had this dressing at Antico Posto, a restaurant in Chicago that I love. Have been trying to figure the recipe out for weeks. I think I could eat this everyday.
