Peanut Butter Pie

Here is a little pie recipe to add something different to your Thanksgiving menu.  You won't regret this!
1 prepared graham cracker pie crust
2 pkgs. cream cheese, softened
2 cups peanut butter, creamy
1-2 cups powdered sugar (depends how sweet you want the pie)
1 tsp vanilla
hershey's chocolate syrup
whipped cream

Mix cream cheese, peanut butter, and vanilla, then slowly add powdered sugar to taste.  I usually add about 1 and 3/4 cups of powdered sugar.  If the filling gets too dry add a bit of milk. Mix well.  Then dump into pie crust and chill for an hour or so.  Drizzle syrup and a dab of whipped cream on top and enjoy!

  2. This is a new take on one of my favorites. I will have to try it.

When I make it I usually do the graham cracker crust, 1 cup of peanut butter, 1 cup of powdered sugar, 1 pkg cream cheese and 1 tub of cool whip. Once that is mixed and put in the crust, I then top with another tub of cool whip, Reese's peanut butter cups and a ground up Butterfinger candy bar.

    Either way, YUM!
